 Camillus Leo "Cam" Witzleben M.D. Camillus Leo "Cam" Witzleben M.D., age 82, of Swarthmore, Chief of Pathology at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia for 25 years and Professor at University of Pennsylvania Medical School passed away Oct. 1, 2014.Beloved husband of Donna Witzleben (nee Maddox). Loving father of Anne Grant, Bea Witzleben, Claire Witzleben (Michael Jumbo), Donna Gibbons (Robert), Ella Witzleben, and Kathryn Markowitz (Jon). Devoted grandfather of 8, great-grandfather of 1. Cam was born in North Dakota and raised in New Mexico and Arizona. He was a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and an avid fan of their football team.
